Terms and conditions of my Recycling Service

Technical Details:

• The client will supply and post waste acrylic material for pressing to Laserlydesigns (address to be given with invoice).

• Finished sheet size is approximately 300mm x 400mm and thickness varies from 3mm to roughly 5mm. This is dependent on the amount of acrylic used and supplied.

• The client will supply waste acrylic broken down into smaller pieces and sorted by colour combination desired for each pressed sheet. The acrylic should be clean and the protective film MUST be removed on all pieces supplied. Please note, Laserlydesigns cannot take responsibility for colour combinations.

• I require varying sizes of waste acrylic pieces for pressing (the smaller the better), however they should be no bigger than 25 x 25mm. It is around 600g of acrylic needed for each sheet.

• Due to the nature of the process, no two sheets will be alike therefore, Laserlydesigns cannot be held responsible for the outcome of each pressing.

• By agreeing to Laserlydesigns terms and conditions, the client accepts that the shape of the pressed acrylic sheets vary dependent on the types and amount of acrylic used.

Costs:

• I charge £40 per sheet made.

A quote will be provided for all work to be undertaken. Once accepted in writing (email), an invoice will be issued.

• Invoices are to be settled within seven (7) days of receipt, as work will only commence once payment has been received.

• Payment to be made by bank transfer, details of which will be provided with your invoice.

• The client understands and accepts Laserlydesigns estimated time and cost for completing the work however any adjustments to the volume of work, schedule and/or the number of hours is subject to review and renegotiation with the client when necessary.

• In the event of a contract being cancelled/terminated, the client agrees to pay for all the work completed, including any reimbursable expenses (i.e. postage) incurred up to that point.

General:

• I offer a free 15min no obligation discovery call to all clients to discuss your needs and how I can help. Calls can be conducted via Zoom or phone.

•Written confirmation accepting the terms and conditions and service contract is required before any work can commence.

• I prefer all communication and instructions via email (no DMs).

• In the event that scheduled work is unexpectedly not possible on the proposed date/s (for example due to illness), Laserlydesigns will contact the client immediately.
