All orders will cost £0.99 for postage for however many products you purchase. They will be posted within 3 working days using 2nd class Royal Mail.

International Shipping

Currently I do not sell overseas. This is something I am looking into though.

Returns

I do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene purposes. However if you are unhappy with your order please get in contact within 10 days of receiving it and I will be happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

These will be accepted on all other products if faulty (apart from personalised orders) and if returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the postage costs for returning.
